Dr. B was great treating my son. She even gave us her personal phone number if we had any questions or concerns between operation and post op appointment. I thought that was really above and beyond customer service and for patient satisfaction. I would recommend her to my family or friends if they need it.

Hi, I just want to say that I, when I called to make the appointment for my daughter, nobody was answering the phones, and I left messages. So I had to drive there and make the appointment. But when I drove there, I have the address of a building that the office was in prior, maybe you guys can update the address, and like have a more staff to answer phone calls and book appointments, but the only inconvenience I found. Thank you.

Dr. Bilgutay is always sweet, nice, kind, she's very informative, whenever I have any kind of questions you, even if it's the stupidest one, she doesn't make me feel like it is. She always has just informed me, always, makes sure that I understand everything for my daughter. She takes the time to really care about her patients.
