The office wait time was extremely low, which I was very impressed with, and time in the exam room was relatively quick as well. So we were in and out, and I really appreciate that. It's very unlikely I could ever get a doctor's appointment where you're not waiting forever and you're not waiting forever in the exam room. So everything was very, very quick, which I was very pleased about. Thanks.

Dr Vates was great although waiting time was a lil extreme but once called back to a room, he solved the problem of our son efficiently.

Dr. Vates was great. He did explain everything and it was a lot to take in and understand. He did express how we would watch and wait and we would do another ultrasound and appt in a year. I have already recommended him to other parents. He was terrific with my son and my son felt at ease.

We waited for over 30 min past our appointment time with no communication about the delay at all. Doctor was great. office staff needs more people or people with more experience.

The provider has been great at my son's follow up with his medical issue that he had for the last five years. The office is always friendly, and courteous, professional. Just wondering how long until the surgery coordinator gives us a call so I can schedule my son's procedure, but other than that, everything went very well.

Dr. Vates, has seen my son since he was born, my son is now 15 years old. Dr. Vates, continues to be a very very intelligent and kind doctor, we are very lucky to have him as my son's kidney doctor urologist. We wouldn't go to anybody else except for him. Also, his staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful, and nice, and they all deserve raises because they just go above and beyond. All the nurses and front desk people are super super sweet.
