Although I didn't wait in the reception area, but I waited in the room for about 10 mins before the doctor came in. Then he only spent about 5 minutes with my child.

They were very kind and explained to me well what my child had.

Very professional staff, organized everything from first visit to surgery and post op surgery for us in a easy and fast way.

The office staff attitude and level of customer service requires great improvement.

The provider was very good. However, the staff was not. It was very hard to schedule a visit. I had to call almost over a week in order to get a phone call back and even that, they give you an appointment for over two months after, but thankfully, they called me later on and somebody had canceled and the front staff desk is also not good.

I'm disappointed my child had to wait over a month to see the MD bc he decided to cancel our original appointment to go on an unplanned vacation. This could be prevented by blocking schedules ahead of time. Everyone's time is important no matter their profession.

I understand that there are unforeseen delays that can arise in a pediatric clinic. However, at this appointment we were not told of any delays and did not see the provider until 50 minutes past the appointment time. It would have been helpful to know that the provider was delayed, particularly when its an appointment for a young child.

Dr. Koo always hits the nail on the head when it comes to figuring out what ails my son. Excellent provider. I also like his diagrams. They help explain what's going on very easily so that we all can understand.

It was very kind of the Doctor to see me after being late to my child appt. I really, really appreciated.

I had concerns about his circumcision revision but the Dr would only answer questions I asked. He had nothing to say unless it was a short answer to my questions. He then opened the door and said we were done. I don't feel that I got answers or any piece of mind that I was looking for. He was nice enough but nothing extra. We were the first appointment of the day at 8am. The office was locked when we arrived, we were told the wrong suite, and the doctor didn't see us until 820. I expect a lot more from Hackensack affiliations. It was very disappointing.
